Duncan has amassed a decade of experience in the trades both on and off Cape, with a focus on commercial and residential property maintenance and repair. He has previously held the titles of Facility Manager and Director for commercial spaces, contributing to our company’s growth and cultivating a robust portfolio of contractors.
Klarissa, a Woods Hole native, brings a wealth of administrative experience to our team. In addition to her full-time role as a Realtor at Keller Williams, Klarissa oversees administrative duties for our team. With a deep understanding of the Falmouth area, she is particularly adept at identifying and securing the most qualified sub-contractors that Cape Cod has to offer.
