Our Team
Duncan brings over ten years of hands-on experience in the trades, both on and off Cape Cod, with a strong focus on residential and commercial property maintenance. He has previously served as a Facility Director for commercial properties, where he helped support day-to-day operations and long-term property care.
That background means issues are approached with a practical, preventative mindset. Problems are identified early, repairs are done right, and properties are cared for with long-term value in mind.
Klarissa, a Woods Hole native, handles the administrative side of Kimball Property Management. In addition to her role with KPM, she is a full-time Realtor with Keller Williams, bringing valuable insight into the local housing market.
Her deep knowledge of Falmouth and the surrounding Cape Cod communities allows her to source, coordinate, and manage reliable local subcontractors — people who show up, do quality work, and stand behind it.
